Our Lapsang Souchong Tea is a smoked Chinese Black Tea. The organic leaves are smoked over pine needles and yield a distinctive smoky aroma and flavour.
Here we have infused our house simple syrup with the tea to give the following cocktails wonderful smoky accents.
